    I've been picked to reduce my electricity on 3 occasions now... 1st time I missed out the 2nd and 3rd time, I made sure my electricity was only having the tv on for the allocated time slot. No lights on , nothing on standby on tv on .. and surprise, surprise, I didn't qualify... what a total rip off,

    Your not the only one first one 18p to on second same again just to on third nothing peed off to bed and took my phone and watched Yvonne on there not plugged in no lights absolutely nothing and not a penny I assume Utilita must take the percentage and what’s left we get , total crock of S**T next time I’m turn everything on !!!!!!!

    We calculate your historic consumption based on National Grid's methodology and pass the saving on to you. We calculate what your usual consumption is, then reward you for the reduction you achieve. The Power Payback service is not a revenue stream for Utilita – it’s a service with the sole purpose of helping customers reduce their usage and reward them for doing so.
