    I have been giveva new smart display before Christmas still not working my old one was not working I had it for 5 years fell apart. My gas metre is not sending info to utilita for 5 months tried to message ring and e mail.

    No joy with any communication i feel really let down I have to young girls so really worry about turning on the heating.

    I have just received a message to say I have been charged for the old smart display. I have sent this e mail to Martin Lewis as well as I am at a dead end yet again.

    How did you get a new one. I’ve never had one been asking for years! Use my phone app to keep updated…well I say updated…in reality it’s not real time as my supply just went off as it didn’t add credit I put on yesterday even though on app before it went off it was saying £17 (I only topped up £14 so don’t understand that total either.
