Evertime my gas is low it does not tell me so I can't accept the emergency now I'm off supply again

Head of Community07-03-23Hi Alfie you can activate your emergency credit by going to your main meter and pushing any button on your main meter and then 'B' followed by '7' and then follow the instructions on the screen to activate emergency credit.
