I’m still waiting for my ebbs?? The chat agents always cut me off and lie saying end of week end of week! I’m so annoyed at the service provided by you guys I’ve complained to Ofgem I want the money dwp have sent to you guys and you guys are stealing it by keeping it to yourself!

Clearly I’m not the only one, British Gas and others have given theirs why is it you guys haven’t? Spoken to dwp and they’ve sent it? You guys keeping the money for yourselves?? Winter bonus I’m guessing
