After 1 hour & 30 mins on hold to he told yet again they have not recieved anything from dwp warm home discount which has been sent 3 times since december im loosing the will to live can anyone point me in the right direction to make a complaont to ofgem has iv waited for numerouse phonecalls from utilita to ring me back & never do

@Kimbo the advisor said they had not recieved anything from dwp home discount department & i was not entitled to it i also asked to speak to someone else but no one was available i am entitled to this & this has been sent 3 times so need help with getting what im owed

@Kimbo the same has happened to me in January they said it was on the computer that I was entitled to it and they had received the information from the dwp and now they are saying I’m not and won’t pay it out

@Jackjamesits shocking iv spoke to dwp again & its defo been sent got to give utilita till end off march but i will be putting a complaint in with ofgem & utilita x

@Kimbo I put a complaint in on Monday someone called back on Wednesday and the said they would get it looked into so it’s been sent back to the same department that are refusing to give me it
