Well that was short and sweet new it was too good to be true after a number of phone calls from a nice lady called Sam she managed to get me £30 on each of my gas and electric that was 2 weeks ago still no help with the missing vouchers I can not afford to be on hold when ringing it’s takes all my credit .. November December January not recieved only ever had Octobers . Today I have £4.95 emergency credit left untill I can get some money on Friday and £6 is all I get emergency credit gas this is really draining and stressful
