    I thought during the winter month’s friendly credit started at 2pm? Which means if your meter looses supply after 2pm then friendly credit runs till 10am?!!

    Half past two my meter cuts out. Also registered on the priority service.

    @Curlypud62 Hi there! How odd - you are spot on, it does kick in at 2pm, unless there is a delay with your In-Home Display, App connecting with the main meter balance. That is the only reason I can think of. So essentially they are a bit behind in updating the actual balance and therefore it could be that your balance could have dropped under £0.01 before 2 o clock if that makes any sense. It would be best to ring up and speak to an advisor who will be able to access your account and check this. If you are on the priority register list then when you call up you will be automatically fast tracked to an advisor.
