Rang numerous times, still waiting,issues been escalated to whoever deals with this , just keep getting fobbed off everytime I ring and eventually get through. Any ideas what I can do to get this resolved

@Sapphire Hi there - can you clarify what months you are waiting for and what has been done so far?
It takes 10 working days for vouchers to be re-sent via PayPoint once they get re-requested, so this is most likely why you are still waiting are speaking to a member of the contact centre 😊I am your Community Manager! 😀
