    Hi,I'm a new customer and have just received email saying my vouchers is here but I can't find anywhere in the email to actually download my voucher? Any ideas?

    @ChrisPWaton Hi there - the vouchers are actually sent from the sender 'PayPoint' - so I would search that exact term from the sender search and also check your junk.

    Also, I would attach the email itself you are referring to above just to check there was nothing 'attached' to that email that could have been a voucher.
