    🤬 Hi for three months i have emailed and called and got no joy as of yet. One of my vouchers are due to run out seen. Yes i have the poypoint message to say the voucher is there but there is no barcode or voucher to be seen. I amd owed three months of 67 pound. I am fighting a tumor inside my spinal cord and need to keep warm in this crisis we are having but no one will correct the problem. I am looseing patients now. We should not be forced to having asmart meter fitted. You should post the vouchers out to us who use a key meter to top up like you do the warm home discount.
