I eventually got my payment on my smart meter the end of January and was assured it wouldn’t happen again and here we are in feb same thing again and I have not received my warm home discount of £150 even though the woman at utilita said I am entitled to it

@Jackjames Hi Jack - As we are only seven days into Feb, the EBSS payments for this month will still be being processed.
In regards to the Warm Home Discount, did the advisor you spoke to advise anything else about the payment apart from the fact you were entitled to it?I am your Community Manager! 😀

I always got my £67 on the 2nd of the month until last month when u said it was late due to the bank holidays and just found out yesterday on live chat that januarys complaint had only been sent to be looked into on the 1st of feb so if I hadn’t got the phone call I would still be waiting for that and regards to the £150 nothing else was said but they have all the information
