Hi has anyone not received the letter for the home warm discount scheme as the government phone line was working told I'd get a letter but not had it and the phone line not working now

loads of people did not get it this year having had it previously thanks to government, my age and cancer are another year older but not doubled like gas and electricity prices

@twallis2006 I'm eligible and the govt line confirmed they've sent the instruction to pay to utilita, but i haven't had it yet. Every time i try to join the queue for live chat, I wait for ages and it kicks me out for no reason. Frustrating to say the least!
