Not had mine either. Managed after 1 hour on the phone to talk to someone to be told. I won't be getting it as they have my property empty and I don't live there any more!!news to me.... who has been using the fuel and paying for top ups then?

I got mine eventually after a phone call the woman I spoke to said now they know someone is living there I wouldn’t have anymore problems only been with them for over 10 urs in this property
