Hi,

I have a smart meter. Whilst it is showing the electricity, it is not showing the gas. It has been like this since the smart meter was installed. I have tried moving the smart meter closer to the meters but this hasn't resolved the issue.


How can I get the gas to show on my smart meter?

Take it you mean the IN House Display unit is not showing your gas that being he case have you tried to reset the display unit? Seen info that holding down on the ok button on the IHD unit does reset but also removing all power for a few minutes should also work. If that does not work contacting Utilita will be the answer.
