Had new pay as u go meters installed 2 weeks ago, installed the app, gas readings showed within 3 days but electric still not showing, just has dashes where the balance should be. Any tips on how to fix this please as I need this function?

Try to uninstall the app and reinstall or see if your app needs an update or just log out and back in.

I've been with Utilita for a good few years now and my devices rarely ever show the correct information. The devices also don't show the same information that Utilita see at their side. Their 'smart' system is shockingly bad. Keep a very close eye on it to make sure they are charging you correctly. You can press, I think it's the 'B' button on the meter directly and it will cycle some displays showing your credit (what the meter actually has in it, not what the app/website claim it has). Pressing '7' on the display will show emergency credit information.
