I tried to contact utilita about my vouchers which are not working, none of them working. they said, customer service, said that specialist team will contact me in fortheen days, but noboday contacted me after waiting those days. Again i contacted them and they said the same thing and waited 14 days and noboday contacted me. Now two of them expaired. What can really do, i am really considering to contact local mp and also will go to citizen advice. Any advise please...the customer service is really bad along waiting for long to talk to them.

my housing association has sent me prepaid voucher for £49, but I’m on a smart meter and I’ve tried adding it onto a smart meter but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried adding it to the smart meter, but every time I do this and press play it just wipes it clean off the meter. I have tried ringing customer service , but the lady put me on hold and the line went dead. after I waited on the line and 1 hour and a half to get through to customer service , which wasn’t much help to me. As I still have this pre-pay slip with £49 on that I can’t add to my prepaid meter for my electric . I followed all the instructions, but it just doesn’t work..
