From the 1/11/22 I have not recieved my vouchers I have phoned, messaged , checked every day 10 times a day my spam box my inbox my text messages nothing . Been told one thing then another. And to top all this off now I HAVE HAD TO USE A FOOD BANK FOR THE FIRST TIME YESTERDAY FOR MY SELF AND MY 3 TEENAGE DAUGHTERS, this is now the case of eat or heat imagine having to choose it’s a no win situation. These people do not care what so ever they make out that we are taking it out their own pockets, so I was told by Rebecca seven days ago, I would receive my vouchers for in 10 days. This is not gonna happen. This is not going to happen. We are all wasting our time today we have woken up to no gas and no money until the 9th of February to be able to get any gas. Have a single parent and I live on £395 a fortnight to which gas and electric is Jules is used with it we as people need help. We are not begging we just want what we are entitled to and what is promised to us.
