I topped up my key £200 worth voucher and £45, none of them went into the meter. The key doesn't seem to work anymore. My electricity is about to run out. I called the customer service twice. Each time I waited more than an hour but no help.
Can someone please tell me what to do? I'm in desperate need - Utilita's customer service isn't responding!
