You get no response from live chat even when you wait over 2 hours. I rang last week and was on hold so while waiting I walked 2 miles in to town picked up some items walked home made a cup of coffee before anyone answered the phone . Only to be told it’s still January so I need to call back in February to get January s £75.00. So I now have to do all the waiting all over again. Support what a joke.
