Hi I've been with utilita for at least 12 years on pay as you go 13th December 2021 I'm gas meter stopped worked got new one put in but they didn't go electric or connect it to display 16th December 2022 new electric meter put in but they still sending me a bill for over £8000 and only gas was off payg for a year and 3 days spoken to so many people hours on phone on 20th Jan told it was all sorted go new bill today I'm really stressed out and upset by this trying to call is a nightmare I think it mite be time to get ombudsman involved now
