Can someone from support staff contact me. My gas meter never shows correct figures. It has been checked before and wasnt right then. It has just chewed £20 in about 36 hours with only a combi boiler on (not permanently, limited time, single person, very little use ). Even with current prices that's hitting insane levels.

@KG1 Hi there, sorry to hear this - as per the Community guidelines, we only request call backs in emergencies where members are off supply and cannot top-up or there is a problem with the meter meaning they cannot top-up.
This is predominantly a member to member platform where members can ask and answer others questions.
Have you tried calling our contact centre where an advisor will be able to access your account and take a look into your usage and tariff to see what is going on? 😊I am your Community Manager! 😀
