I’m really concerned at the amount I am having to top up for electricity
£160+ per week. This is half my partners wage plus the £60-£80 on gas. We are barely scrapping by, anyone else topping up this much?

@Lou79 Hi there! If you are using more heating in these cold temperatures your usage will increase and cause you to have to top-up more. Hopefully the EBSS payments are helping to support with this but it also may be worth using the usage section to monitor your usage via My Utilita as well as using the 'Smart Score' section of the app? 😊

My Energy graph usage is a joke(always has been). I maticulously take note of energy usage from the In-Home app only to be gobsmacked by the absurd gas usage after having maintenance over the weekend. The graph suggests a high usage for the past seven days amounting to a very high amount which compared to the In-Home display is a more viable usage. Come on Utilita, this graph is not correct even though it has been cold by day and reason for using sparingly during the day. It invariably shows the same amount of usage on a level par so the My Energy usage isn’t known at the best, or worst, of times.
