I have seen several posts on here about replacement displays not talking to the meters and I have tried all the processes to remedy but to no avail, my smart meter just says not commissioned think I preferred my old one telling me it was twice the price than nothing at all!!!
have to say utilitas help lines and online chat as much use as either of my IHDs!
