I have been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now. On Tuesday I spent 4 hours on hold (over 2 calls) with no success. Yesterday I spent 2 hours in the morning and almost 4 hours in the afternoon/evening still on hold. I did speak to a couple of people in my marathon call but they just transferred me to being on hold again. It's not a simple query but equally not super complex. Apparently I need to speak to the Change of Tenancy Team.

Can anyone help?
