    Why do you only pay this scheme at the end of the month when it is intact due at the beginning . You have said that the last payment was for January but so far I have only received 3 payments Oct Nov & Dec.

    @Jayne Hi there - This could be for number of reasons. There is no specific date that Utilita pay every single month - due to the fact that they have to roll this out across thousands of customers - so promising a specific payment date is not something they can do.

    We do advise waiting to the end of Jan - as it can be paid anytime within the month itself. If you want to chase up the exact progress of it, you can use the Live Chat via the website where an advisor will be able to access your account and be able to see the progress of it.
