Does anyone know why Utilita aren't part of this scheme which would provide a little extra help to anyone struggling with utility payments.

I think they were part of the earlier trial for it as they were asking for feedback (from the small number of lucky customers);chosen to participate.

Hi Rebecca, I am referring to the scheme where utility companies are crediting customers who use little or no energy during periods selected by the National Grid ie 4.30-6pm the last 2 evenings. Thanks

This scheme - Utilita were trialing it until a couple of months ago remember?Manchester Evening News: British Gas customers fume as they're left out of Peak Save scheme to get money back on energy billshttps://www.manchestereveningnews.co...heyre-26058045Last edited by Citizen83; 26-01-23 at 12:51. Are Utilita part of the Demand Flexibility Scheme (DFS) from National Power, if so how do I register to take part.

According to the Daily Record they are from 3rd February 2023. Utilita are calling it the "Power Payback" scheme and it will be for "select customers" only - whatever that means. 🙄
