    British Gas are now giving more to their customers UTILITA still not been back in touch with my missing energy vouchers I’ve recieved £67 in October that one came easily enough via text message and email so I can not understand why the others have not been recieved . After phoning and not getting through and chatting to a robot and then for someone to say check your spam check this check that is so frustrating.. this company is a shamble and I will not think twice about now changing to British Gas everybody I know with this company I will be sharing my feelings with them

    @melissa26503 Sorry to hear that - The phone lines are very busy right now and our advisors are working as hard as possible to get to everyone as fast as they possibly can.

    If you have only received Octobers successfully, I can escalate this back into the business and get the rest of the months that follow to date pushed by the right department so they can instruct PayPoint re-issue them.
