Hi, is it true that you are not taking on new economy 7 customers and have not been doing so for over a year? Even though they are all still listed on your website as available tariffs?
And all of this because 14000 of your gen1 smart meters crashed and had to be replaced by 2021 (ofgem date)? So now utilita refuses to take on new economy 7 customers with certain meter types incase they go wrong and you have to then fix them too??
As i wanted to switch to you, but am unable to, after useless live chat informing me wrongly..
