hi someone needs to contact me ASAP, I have switched over to you're gas as I'm already getting the electricity. yesterday I had £201 pounds on my electricity and I transferred £60 pounds to the gas via a phone call with one of your agents. The agent was supposed to call me back today at 2pm for a meter reading but didn't.I have been on the phone today and waiting two hours to get through and now use don't know where the 60 pounds has went. this is ridiculous and I'm gonna be left with no gas by tonight

I'm in exactly the same boat - apart from in my case £150 seems to have gone down a 'black hole'....
Again, Utilita's speedy customer service (sic) is entertaining us for hours on end, with a muzak jingle that verges on psychological torture. If a PoW was locked in a room and had to endure this, it would be considered as a cruel and unusual form of punishment and a clear breach of the Geneva Convention. I'd rather have 10 minutes of waterboarding than 2 hours of this.... -
I put 240 a month on gas I have a 2bedroom house my friend is with a different supplier and only pays 180 a month and he has a 3 bedroom house I've tried to contact my ultra to see why it costs a lot more but you can not get through to them if you call them they just hang up on you if you use the chat service on line you are always waiting over a hour doesn't matter what time off day it is and when it's is your time to chat all off a sudden it loses signal this is a very bad company and I'm making a complaint to off com as no one gets back to you
