I have had so far 6 appointments to have my gas meter changed to a newer smart meter. 6 appointments and still waiting. This has been going on since September and still waiting!

I even made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a response.

Utilita’s customer service is appalling m, it’s takes well over an hour to get any response on the phone and then you just get robbed off and told they will text you a new date. I’m totally baffled that this is allowed to continue.
