I am registered disabled and have not received any help whatsoever.
Contacting utilita is impossible.
I have the old pre-payment meter and utilita are determined to fit a smart meter in my home.
So much that I have recently received mail stating my meter MAY , have developed a fault and they are sending a engineer out to replace it..can you believe it.
Oh they threaten legal action if don't respond within 14 days.
May I attend court hearing please,my customer ref number is 9986971354.
Please inform me of court date so I may attend.
As for energy support vouchers it's laughable.
