    Utilita send me plenty emails telling me I have not redeemed my voucher,but never send me a voucher..ever.
    I am registered disabled and have not received any help whatsoever.
    Contacting utilita is impossible.

    I have the old pre-payment meter and utilita are determined to fit a smart meter in my home.
    So much that I have recently received mail stating my meter MAY , have developed a fault and they are sending a engineer out to replace it..can you believe it.
    Oh they threaten legal action if don't respond within 14 days.
    May I attend court hearing please,my customer ref number is 9986971354.
    Please inform me of court date so I may attend.
    As for energy support vouchers it's laughable.

    @Sleepyed Guess what , I got a voucher in post today with barcode for £67 yeehaar.
    Great but what about my two previous payments for £66 have they been written off,Utilita you did not send me vouchers for those months.
    How many customers have you not paid their full entitlement to.
    Oh well maybe, maybe I might just get my three other vouchers for £67..maybe..be keeping my fingers crossed.
