ok so last tuesday in total put o £25,00 in total got left with £9.72 rang customer services they tried to work out what went wrong they tried to communicate with my meter but failed so after being put on hold numerous times the chap came back to me and said because we have the older meter we had a standing charge i told him that utilita dont do a standing charge but he was adamant i asked him what the standing charge was of course he couldnt say because there isnt one.the next day i rang again basically the same thing happened but this time they said it was something to do with friendly credit which is strange because i am allways in credit and have never lost supply so customer services can come out with any old **** and lies.is there a number that i can contact to speak to somebody who understands what im on about.i have emailed the complaints people but i dont expect a reply.
