In answer to last question put to me. Yes I have letters but only two letters. With varying addresses on. Even though I give my address to the call centre. When I can get through to them. ( Thinking of employing a clairvoyant). Thanks to local post man using his common sense knowing I live in a flat numbered 9. Not the house in the street numbered 9. Still no voucher either. As was indicated in e mail I received. So the dilemma is some day in the far future. I receive the voucher. I won't have the key. And evidence of my address will not match. Due to call centre not getting it right. So as usual I contact the engineers in Winchester. I must say they are par excellence in their duties., But hamstrung by the call centre. I was promised a key but they had to go through the technical dept at the call centre. No response in the alloted two hours they gave me. I hasten to guess that they could not get through to the call centre. I've asked a South African friend of mine next time she goes home to pop there for me. Would be faster. Excuse my flippancy but since this has been going on since Oct 10th 2022. I fail now to see the humour in all this. And despite the tone of this response, I'm generally a jovial soul.
