Why has nobody from utilita replied to my 2 posts about the £67 energy help one was sent over 20 hours ago I think it’s very unprofessional

@Jackjames same here and i have had no help since sighned up in November when address was already supplied by this company and was also live

@Jackjames i also have made complaint still nothing asked for manager or supervisor to pls contact me back nothing so i have also been in touch with citizens advice now its literally is a joke man how can they leave people off supply for weeks and say they carnt help. To top that one yet again still trying to say now that we owe 55.00 gas when its not even on supply cause they cut it off after emergency and dont get paid till end of month useless company. Sorry for long message raging hope you get some luck

Well been on live chat with utilita about this months payment agreed that I haven’t received it then said it would take 10 working days to investigate before I would get it absolute joke
