    Just like to say same thing happened to my son sighned up in November sent all relevent information its now jan 13th and still nothing no card key letter account number nothing been on phone begged for them to sort this out as my son is non verbal and cannot speak to them also sent in confirmation through email as advised to and still nothing nothing now have a demand notice saying he owes 50.87 gasHes been off supply for over 2weeks now no one is helping us logged complaint still nothing.
