after ringing utilita 5 times each time 30 mins ,they not me cut the call.
so i sent a message through their help an support line. got the usual automated reply will be in contact in 5 working days, well its been ten days and still no contact (terrible customer service)
the reason i want to contact them is as follows.
in october when the energy crisis kicked in i checked my account i was £230 in debt .so i paid this off. and increased my direct debit after doing this i got a automated email saying they predict i will be £511 pounds in credit by the end of term.
now when i check my account i find the are deducting my usage off the predicted ammount
this cannot be right surely .
i know through my smart meter the ammount i pay and my usage are equal within a few pence
they will put people in a state of false belief and people will end up in debt thinking they have this money when they dont it is only a PREDICTED ammount.
i believe all bills should only show true figures.

how much youve used
and how much you are in credit/debit.
what are the thoughts of other community members on this
