After only receiving my 1st £67 help voucher on 5th October 22 yet not recieved any more help, After speaking and chatting and emailing awaking about the missing vouchers astill have not got any further broken promises is all that this energy company give out. Try your spam box try chat on line same every time a few years I have been with this company and I astill only get £6 emergency gas wheat actually is that going to do nothing because I uses £8 a day. Disappointed Is an understatement and as for waiting for the vouchers that are never going to arrive I give up trying to receive them now and also I give up with this company

@melissa26503 I have only received Octobers and Novembers and can’t get in touch with anyone. Then was watching Martin Lewis last night and he says vouchers are only valid for 3 months!

I just don’t understand how people receive the 1st 1/2 then the rest of vouchers seem to vanish in to thin air. I’ve do everything they told me. Just seems to be with Utitita because people I know have said they get there help vouchers or smart meter payments on time.not only that I only get £6 emergency gas I use £8 a day as it is so what the hell is £6 going to cover I am over this company I feel like I’m begging for it .

£20 electric I put on 2 days ago and today I’m having to put on another £20 I manage to get 2 wash loads and it dried and this is only 3 times a week I can clean our clothes and bedding . They don’t pick up the phone to answer to ask about anything. I’m going to look for a different energy provider a company that will actually answer the phone .

Jackjames not been in touch with Citizens advice I don’t think they would be able to help me with this issue, as it is down to Utilita to follow through with it .. I would like to know how to find out the amount u have been put on with in the last month. If anybody could help me with this. As on Monday I had to put £22 on my electric for it to give me £4.20 the electric is not cutting off when I’ve run out not letting me know I need to put my emergency on it’s just continuously mounting up. I am a single parent with 3 children and I hate the feeling that I’m letting them down as a parent with not been able to wash there clothes like I always did can not have friends over because I carnt afford to heat there bedrooms like I usto.

@melissa26503 had a voucher for October and December, I've rang loads of times and every time I get another lie! Sick to death of them.
