just received a text from 80800 stating it’s from Utilita saying:
Utilita: Your Smart Meter install is booked for 17/01/2023. Reply for FREE with INSTALLYES to Accept or INSTALLNO to Decline.
Not sure if this is legitimate or not. I was told I would get a phone call with a date as I’ve had 5 different appointments and am still waiting for my meter to be changed.
Can someone let me know if this is safe to reply to please.
