I have tried for 5 days in a row and an hour each time trying to get through to customer service and nothing at, all they keep saying is that they are busy how many do they have in there call centre 2 peopl all I won't to know is y they are taken 35p from every £ 10 top up I make so i am not getting the full amount and now my meter has no display after changing the batteries even though it is connected to the mains 24/7 and all I get is phone them up if this continues I am thinking about switching, but If I owed them money they would be straight on to me saying either pay up or we will send the bailiffs to get back the money you owe us
