    Get £15 energy credit ⚡️ Just tell us what you think!

    Send us a video by private message on our Facebook Page here telling us what you think about Utilita Smart PAYG energy and we’ll put £15 on to your electricity meter as a thank you.*


    What is the video for?


    We’re due to hold Industry talks very soon to discuss what more can be done to improve PAYG energy for households across Britain. And we’d love to share some direct feedback from Smart PAYG customers at this event.

    By providing a video you are consenting for it to be used for this purpose.

    What do I need to do?

    Please record a video no longer than 3 minutes, of yourself on your smartphone giving short answers to ALL or ANY of the questions below that apply to you and send your video to us by 5pm on Tuesday, 10th January.


    The Questions

    Since the introduction of smart meters in the UK there are many more benefits available with PAYG energy compared to the old Legacy ‘Key and card’ meters - thinking about the benefits of Smart PAYG energy please answer the following questions:


    Q1. What are the downsides of the old PAYG ‘key and card’ system – and would you ever go back to it?

    Q2. How do you benefit from Smart Pay As You Go?

    Q3. How does having access to Emergency & Friendly Credit help you?

    Q4. Why do you prefer Pay As You Go over Direct Debit?


    Thinking about new features available with the My Utilita App:

    Q5. How does the POWER UP feature help you?

    Q6. How does the Savings feature help you?

    Q7. How does Utilita’s Smart Score help you?



    Please ensure you see the Utilita_Video_Framing_Guide_1.pdf for how to provide the video(s). When we have received your video we’ll confirm when your £15 credit will be sent by – we’ll contact you no later than 5pm Friday, 13th January.


    *We’ll only be able to add the £15 energy credit to your electricity meter where your videos answer questions we have asked, meet the framing guidelines we’ve provided and are received by us before 5pm on Tuesday, 10th January.
