    Ive just noticed ny app and smart meter shiq different readings on gas and electricity which one is true

    @BIGN Hi there - Your In-Home Display will always be more accurate - as it is in direct communication with your main smart meter - the My Utilita app is an estimate - and gets more accurate the more it gets used to your top-up habits and smart meter usage algorithms. However, it will never be spot on - which is stated in the terms of use 😊
