Hello there
i am unable to transfer credit from my electricity to my gas. I have reinstalled the app, also i supplied meter readings just in case yet it wont let me do it. Maybe its important that on app when o check my usage, it is shown on electricity but unalble to load data for my gas. Please help

Hi yeah
when i press transfer option it loads and then message in the middle says:
"Something went wrong. An error occurred trying to get your data. Please try again later."
its like this all the time

i know right! I see people saying they have done it and feel jelous! Why doesnt it work same for everyone? I have put well over 200 pounds on my gas since december....

@Tracy1166 Tracy - can you please also let me know at what point the credit transfer stage stops working and what happens ie. does it display a message.

Agnieszka & @Tracy1166 Is the 'submit' button showing and turning the colour blue from the colour grey to finish the transfer off from the savings once you have put it in the savings wallet?

As much information as possible will help me trouble shoot for you. 😊

submit button? It wont even let me get to that stage. Once i press "transfer" it wont load just shows this message that something went wrong. So it doesnt take me to actual transfer stage
