Hi been new here and not knowing if I’m in the write place regarding my non energy vouchers . I recieved my first voucher through email, yet not had any more I did speak to someone and was told that I would have recieved another with in 7 days yet this was 3 weeks before Christmas and still not recieved anything .so I have only recieved the 5th of Octobers £67

@melissa26503 Hi there - welcome to the community and sorry to hear this.
Can I just ask that you check your junk folder - the emails are from 'PayPoint' and quite often go to the junk inbox in a lot of cases as it's an unusual sender for a lot of customers.

Doesn’t seem to matter what I do or who I chat too I’m not getting any further with the energy voucher issue. I was told it was all to do with pay points and shops and what not else . Today I am on my £6 emergency credit for gas and all ready using mu £10 emergency electric. It’s funny that in the past I’ve asked for smart meters twice never showed up but now that the prices of gas and electric are through the roof they keep messaging me to make an appointment . Well sorry but I won’t be getting a smart meter and I’ve never had an issue in all the years I’ve been with Utilita u till now. So I’m giving it up as a bad job waiting for the voucher that are not arriving .
