So utilita came out today and fitted a new electric meter. But the problem is my gas meter won't register on the ap

@Juley Hi there - it can take up to 72 hours for the app to sync with the new meters fitted.

I would suggest waiting this amount of time before trying again - please let me know how you get on once this time has passed.
