I tried to transfer money from my electric to gas , put it in my savings money has gone off my electric nothing gone on gas and savings is empty, where has my money gone.

@snugglepuss Hi there - that is very strange - can you double check both balances and your wallet in an hour to see if it has updated. Usually gas meters can take a while to update the balance due to them being a little slower than the electric meters 😀
