I have had more money taken from my electric balance that I asked to transfer to my Gass which would leave me £200 in my electric balance but nothing has been put on my Gass and this a form of theft and I’m left with less than £200 in my electric I’m not happy next call is the solicitors I think

@Alysonukuk Hello there - is this still the case? There is sometimes a delay with the gas meters updating which is a common issue.
