Any one know how this can be resolved (either the beeping, or the lack of support)?

For the last two weeks my meter has beeped every minute. Utilita don't answer their contact forms, and I've sat on the phone line a number of times for well over 1/2hr, and even having pressed innumerous oprions have not got through.
Any one know how this can be resolved (either the beeping, or the lack of support)? -
