Forced upon me. No actual contract. Forced to have smart meter. Forced to pay a debt that isnt mine. Calling customer services is a whole day thing as it takes 3 hrs on average to get through. Once speaking to someone from a distant land who is impossible to understand they will put the phone down and the it starts again from the begining of a 3 hour on hold. They want you in debt so you pay over the odds on power just so they can treat you like a dead dog. This company should be stripped of any assets and closed down.
