Has anyone else not received their November payment?

Not had three now and made complaints none stop even by email and phone keep being fobbed off not had one call back I’m absolutely fuming worst company ever

I haven't received any at all.
Been getting fobbed off for 5 months now.
Each time I manage to get through on the phone they assure me that my case is being escalated and all will be resolved. I leave it another month and nothing.
My patience has run out now next stop ofgem and the ombudsman!
